Eggs Benedict

Finally drove out in the melting snow for groceries but what I really want are the Eggs Benedict that Dennis Widman makes at the Azure Gate B&B in Tucson. As I write this (9:15 pm) it’s 70 degrees there. In my fantasy life I hop the earliest morning shuttle to SeaTac airport and catch the first non-stop. I make it there for breakfast. Maybe lunch. How about Sunday Brunch?
